Hi there! We’re The Confidence Concept, and we’re all about helping women build both physical and mental strength through reformer pilates. Our first-ever studio is set to launch mid 2025, and we’re looking for an intern who is just as excited as we are to help make it happen!
About the Role
As an Events & Operations intern, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, helping us create the ultimate pilates experience. From planning our launch event to setting up bi-monthly events and managing social media shoots, you’ll get hands-on with every part of the process. Requirements
What You’ll Do:
Play an important role in getting our first studio ready, from designing the space and choosing the decor to coordinating with contractors and managing the move;
Organize our big launch (!!) and regular bi-monthly events;
Coordinate our shooting days for social media content and our reformer pilates class videos;
Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners and collaborators;
After we open, help us make the studio experience even better, let’s hear your fresh ideas!
Who We’re Looking For:
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and love the idea of planning events and video shoots;
You care about creating a memorable client experience and finding ways to make things better;
You’re proactive, flexible, and ready to roll up your sleeves for new challenges;
You’re into reformer pilates and excited to learn more;
You speak Dutch fluently and have great English skills;
You’re ready to start in early 2025, ideally for 32-40 hours a week.
