BACK TO HER
BACK TO HER
Every day, we are inspired by the women who walk through our doors.
Every single one of them brings her own story, her own strength and her own definition of confidence. No two journeys are the same, and that's exactly what makes our community so special.
As Pilates continues to grow in popularity, it's easy to associate it with a certain aesthetic.
The matching set. The morning matcha. The perfectly curated routine. While we appreciate the beauty of that, we believe confidence goes far beyond appearances.
Confidence isn't found in what you wear to class. It's found in the way you carry yourself. In showing up for yourself after a long day. In making time for your own wellbeing before taking care of everyone else. In remembering who you are underneath all the roles you fulfil everyday.
Whether you're a founder, a doctor, a student, a mother, a lawyer or an artist, for one hour those labels disappear. You're no longer defined by your profession, your relationship, your background or the expectations placed upon you.
You simply get to be her.
The version of yourself that feels grounded, present and unapologetically confident.
This campaign is also a reflection of who we are as a brand.
The Confidence Concept was never created to follow the traditional image of what a Pilates
studio should be. We set out to build something bigger than a Pilates studio.
A brand rooted in confidence, where movement is only the beginning. A place where women reconnect with themselves, where ambition and authenticity exist side by side, and where every woman feels seen, regardless of her story.
Although the campaign highlights five archetypes: The Founder, The Student, The Lawyer, The Mom and The Creative, they are not intended to define the women who walk through our doors.
Instead, they reflect the beautiful diversity of our community. Every day, we welcome women from different backgrounds, professions, cultures and stages of life. Some arrive straight from the office, others after dropping off their children at school.
Some are building businesses, while others are studying, creating or simply taking an hour for themselves. By highlighting these five archetypes, we want to show that confidence has many faces.
There isn't one type of woman who belongs here. The archetypes should never feel like stereotypes, but rather like relatable glimpses into the different lives our members lead.
The campaign isn't about the roles they fulfil. It's about the woman behind them.
With Back to Her, we celebrate every woman who walks through our doors.
Every age. Every ethnicity. Every background. Every ambition. Every story.
Because there is no one way to be her.
