Grip socks are mandatory for our Reformer classes. You get a FREE pair with our Intro Package and challenge. They can be purchased here. Additionally they can be bought at the studio for €15.

Please wear comfortable sportswear and bring a water bottle.

You can cancel your class for free for up to 8 hours before the start time.
If you cancel within 8 hours, a €7.50 late cancellation fee will be charged.

Members can change their class upto 4 hours before.

If you do not attend a booked class without cancelling, a €15 no-show fee will be charged.

Yes. Any unused credits will roll over to the next 4 week billing cycle only. After that,they expire.

Yes. Memberships can be paused once for up to a month during the commitment period.

Guest passes allow our members to bring a friend to class using their membership. Guest passes are included in our memberships and are refreshed each billing cycle (e.g. monthly).Unlimited members get two guest passes a month.

To use one, simply book your class and select “add guest” during checkout, entering your guest’s name and email.

The guest will be booked into the same class as you using your pass. If you have multiple passes, you can bring more than one guest (subject to availability).Guest passes can not be used in our Intro packages and Intro to Confidence Challenge.
