mOTHERHOOD

MAT: PRE - & POST NATAL PILATES

A safe, supportive and empowering mat-based Pilates class designed for women during pregnancy and in the postpartum phase.

This class focuses on deep core activation, pelvic floor connection, posture, breath and gentle strength building. We move intentionally, with awareness of the changing body, creating stability without pressure and strength without strain.

REFORM: PRE - & POST NATAL PILATES

Moving through pregnancy and beyond doesn't mean holding back. It means moving smarter. This Reformer Pilates class is your dedicated space to stay strong, feel supported, and keep showing up for your body through every trimester and into recovery.

We'll focus on the foundation: deep core connection, pelvic floor awareness, and the kind of strength that actually supports you through pregnancy, labour, and beyond.

THE MOTHERHOOD COLLECTIVE

Hosted on the first Sunday of every month in our MIND Room.

We begin with cacao and a simple intention setting moment to arrive and slow down.There is space to share, to listen and to feel supported in an open and relaxed circle. This is not about doing more or being perfect. It is about reconnecting with your own power, building confidence in your role and feeling steady in who you are becoming.

Our Pre & Postnatal classes are specifically designed to support clients during pregnancy and postpartum.

For clients who wish to attend our regular timetable, we currently recommend our Confidence Foundations classes only. Modifications may be offered where appropriate; however, suitability is assessed on an individual basis and remains at the discretion of the instructor.

We recommend obtaining clearance from your healthcare provider before participating in any exercise program during pregnancy or postpartum.

Our pre and postnatal instructors are part of the group to share updates, answer general questions, and receive feedback and suggestions, helping us continue to support you throughout your motherhood journey.
