SOUND RESET
An immersive sound and somatic experience designed to quiet mental noise and release stored tension. As sound waves move through the body, we integrate gentle somatic practices that allow physical and emotional release.
The combination helps shift brainwave states, calm the nervous system and create internal spaciousness. Ideal when you feel scattered, overstimulated or stuck in your thoughts. You leave feeling lighter, clearer and deeply regulated.
FUTURE SELF ACTIVATION & REIKI
A guided visualisation practice designed to create clarity and direction. Through structured visualisation techniques rooted in neuroscience, you mentally rehearse confident action and desired outcomes.
When imagined vividly, the brain responds as if the experience is real, strengthening belief pathways and motivation. This session helps transform vague goals into embodied direction.
DEEP REST
A guided Yoga Nidra practice for full nervous system recovery. Often described as non sleep deep rest, this session allows the body to restore while the mind remains gently aware.
Research shows this state supports stress reduction, hormonal balance and recovery. This is your permission to fully switch off. You leave deeply rested, renewed and recharged.
NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET
A breath-led practice designed to release mental noise and restore clarity through the body. Through conscious breath work and gentle somatic movement, we guide the nervous system out of overthinking and into a grounded, present state.
The breath becomes a tool to regulate stress responses, while intuitive movement helps release stored tension and bring awareness back into the body.

NEW MOON CACAO RITUAL
A grounding cacao ceremony to welcome the new moon and set clear intentions for the cycle ahead. Through guided reflection, journaling, and meditation, you’ll create space to reset, reconnect, and align with what you truly want to call in. Expect a calm yet powerful experience that leaves you feeling clear, centred, and ready to move forward with confidence.

MOTHERHOOD COLLECTIVE
Held on the first Sunday of every month
A monthly gathering for mothers and mothers to be. Motherhood changes your rhythm, your priorities and often your sense of self. This is a warm and welcoming space to step out of the daily rush and connect with other women who understand this season of life.
We begin with cacao and a simple intention setting moment to arrive and slow down. From there, we move into a creative or gentle somatic practice to reconnect with yourself, your energy and your strength as a mother.

Mind Room sessions are designed to help you slow down and reset. Depending on the class, this may include practices such as breathwork, meditation, sound baths, or guided relaxation.

No experience is required at all. All sessions are suitable for beginners.

In some of our sessions we serve a complimentary optional ceremonial cacao. It is NOT a psychedelic and does not cause hallucinations. It is pure cacao that contains natural compounds such as theobromine, which can create a mild feeling of alertness and warmth. It is commonly used in mindfulness practices as a calming and grounding drink.

Yes. MIND classes and all of our concepts are included in memberships and credit packages. They can be booked using your credits. The number of credits required for a MIND session is 2.

Reiki is a relaxation practice where a practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body. The session is designed to help the body relax and support a calm mental state.
During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed and lie comfortably while the practitioner moves their hands through a series of positions. The goal is to encourage relaxation and help regulate the nervous system.
