Memberships come with a minimum commitment of 3 months. That said, we understand circumstances can change, so we’re happy to review this on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. Memberships can be paused once for upto one month during the commitment period.

For Memberships: Any unused credits will roll over to the next 4 week billing cycle only. After that, they expire.
For Credit Packages: Packs under 50 credits are valid for 3 months. 50 credits & 100 credits are valid for 12 months
