FOUNDATIONS OF CONFIDENCE

This class is always a good idea. It’s all about building a strong base. Challenging you to refine your Reformer Pilates technique while getting a good burn. You’ll leave feeling recharged, connected, and confident.

STRETCH & MOBILITY

This class focuses on stretch and mobility through controlled, intentional movement on the Reformer. Designed to release tension, improve range, and support how your body moves day to day.

Ready to challenge yourself? This advanced class is all about pushing limits and getting stronger. You’ll work with extra props and dynamic movements that build precision and power. The perfect workout for those days when you feel extra strong.

SEASONAL REFORM CLASSES

CONFIDENT CORE

A strong core is where confidence begins. This Reformer class focuses on building deep strength through the abdominals, obliques, lower back, and glutes to create a stable foundation. Expect controlled, slow-burn sequences designed to improve posture, balance, and core connection. You’ll leave feeling stronger, supported, and more connected to your body.

CONFIDENT BOOTY

A dynamic lower body workout designed to activate, sculpt and strengthen. Through controlled pulses, resistance work and targeted sequences, you’ll feel the burn in all the right places.

JUMPBOARD

This Jump board class combines cardio with the control of Reformer Pilates. Using a padded Jumpboard attached to the Reformer, expect low-impact jumping sequences focused on endurance, core connection, coordination, and lower-body strength.

CONFIDENT POWER

A strength-focused Reformer class designed to elevate your workout through added resistance. Using weights and ankle weights, expect controlled, targeted sequences for glutes, core, and full-body strength, with a strong focus on stability, endurance, and precision.

REFORM FAQ’s

  • If it’s your first time doing Reformer Pilates, we highly recommend starting with our Confidence Foundations class. It’s the perfect place to learn the basics and become familiar with the Reformer. Make sure to let your instructor know you’re new so they can properly introduce you to the machine and support you throughout class.

  • In many cases, yes, we advise you to consult your doctor/a health care professional first and inform the instructor before class. We can offer modifications where appropriate.

  • No. Our classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced clients. If you’re completely new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with Confidence Foundations to learn the basics. 

  • Using our memberships and credit packages. A REFORM class is 2 credits.
