WHAT TO EXPECT

Comfortable activewear you can move freely in. Grip socks are required for all classes. With your Intro Package or Intro Challenge you get a FREE pair. You can buy a pair at the studio if you don't have them.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class. This gives us time to show you around, get you set up and make sure you feel completely comfortable before you start.

We recommend starting with Confidence Foundations, a dedicated class designed to Reformer pilates and the The Confidence Concept method at your own pace.

Not at all. Our instructors guide every movement. You will never be left to figure it out alone.

Your instructor will introduce the equipment, walk you through every movement and check in throughout. First classes are designed to feel safe, supported and enjoyable.
