Femke is a Pilates instructor, marathon runner, and our Pilates Director at The Confidence Concept. Known for her calm energy and attention to detail, she creates many of the sequences taught within the studio, designing classes that feel intentional, challenging, and empowering.

Femke believes movement should build confidence. Inspired by the way we moved as children, with curiosity, freedom, and joy, she encourages a relationship with movement that feels enjoyable rather than something used for punishment or pressure. Through thoughtful programming and genuine connection, she helps people feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies.
