Help shape how our community meets The Confidence Concept Online

The Confidence Concept is a growing confidence-first lifestyle brand based in Amsterdam. What started as an idea to help women feel stronger and more confident has grown into a physical Pilates studio, community and brand that welcomes thousands of women every month. But we’re only getting started.

We are building The Confidence Concept beyond the walls of our studio through campaigns, content, partnerships, events and stories that inspire women to step into their most confident selves. And for that, we are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Intern who wants to create, experiment and grow with us. This is not an internship where you will only execute someone else’s to-do list. You’ll become part of a small, ambitious team where there is plenty of room for your own ideas, creativity and initiative.

What will you be working on?

You’ll support our brand and marketing across different channels and help translate The Confidence Concept into content people want to see, share and be part of.

Think about:

  • Helping shape and execute our social media strategy

  • Creating content for Instagram, TikTok and other channels

  • Editing Reels, videos and other social content

  • Supporting and helping organise content shoots

  • Supporting brand campaigns from concept to execution

  • Creating visuals and marketing assets

  • Helping with newsletters and email marketing

  • Supporting paid ads and lead generation

  • Updating and optimising website content

  • Spotting trends, opportunities and new creative ideas

  • Thinking proactively about how we can grow the TCC brand and community

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is creative, proactive and consistent. Someone who doesn’t need to wait for a task to be handed over, but naturally thinks: what can we do better, differently or more creatively?

You:

  • Are proactive and take initiative

  • Have a strong feeling for social media, content and branding

  • Are comfortable with content creation and editing

  • Communicate clearly and confidently

  • Are punctual, consistent and reliable

  • Are flexible and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

  • Have an eye for detail and aesthetics

  • Enjoy working independently while also being part of a team

  • Are not afraid to try, learn and sometimes figure things out along the way

Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar programs is a plus.
